Position: Provisional Psychologist – Assessment only

We are currently seeking qualified provisional psychologists to join our team with availability in the Sunshine Coast regions – to commence in February 2026

Position Overview

This is a dedicated assessment-only role, ideal for clinicians who enjoy in-depth formulation work and prefer to focus their energy on high-quality evaluations. You’ll be responsible for the face-to-face administration of standardised tools and completion of reports.

All referrals, scheduling, and admin support are handled centrally, so you can focus on your clinical work.

Preferred Experience

We are seeking clinicians trained in one or more of the following tools:

• ADOS-2 – Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (2nd Edition)
• ADI-R – Autism Diagnostic Interview – Revised
• WISC-V – Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (5th Edition)
• WPPSI-IV – Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence (4th Edition)
• TEA-Ch2 – Test of Everyday Attention for Children (2nd Edition)

Essential Requirements

• Provisional Registration with AHPRA
• ABN and current professional indemnity insurance
• Demonstrated experience working with children and families
• Proficiency in the administration of standardised psychological assessments
• Excellent written communication and report writing skills
• Own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to home and school-based settings
• Access to two iPads or tablets compatible with Q-global and Pearson digital administration platforms
